What we use your data for
We sell watches and jewellery, take items on consignment, write invoices, pay consignors and look after our customers. For that we store name, address, contact details and, where the law asks for it, your identity details. If you agree, we also write to you about new arrivals.
On what basis
On the contract with you, on legal duties from tax, commercial and anti-money-laundering law, on your consent for advertising, and on our legitimate interest in security and proof.
Who sees your data apart from us
Our data centre in Germany, our e-mail provider, our tax adviser and the Spanish tax administration. Nobody else.
Data outside Europe
For our assistant and our overview we use providers in the United States. No names, addresses, identity details or bank details go there.
How long we keep things
Invoices and payments six years, ten years when an identity document is on file. Contracts five years beyond their end. Mail we sent three years. Customers without contact are proposed for removal after three years. Answer files we delete after 30 days.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold, have wrong details corrected, ask for removal, limit the use, object to the use and take your data with you. You may withdraw a consent at any time; what happened before stays lawful.
Complaint
You may complain to the Spanish data protection authority: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.
Where your data comes from
From you, in the shop, on the telephone or through our page on the web. We buy no data from anywhere else.
What you have to tell us
For an invoice in your name we need name, address and tax number. Above certain amounts the law asks for your identity document. Everything else is voluntary.
No decisions by the machine
A person always decides about you. We build no profile and score you in no way.
